JFE Steel's original design realized a compact pig iron granulator with the world's highest level treatment capacity and low-cost construction.
(Compared to conventional technology, simultaneously achieves a 70% increase in capacity and 13% cost reduction)
A high-efficiency, sustainable operating technology was also established to maximize utilization of equipment capacity (operating rate, treatment capacity).
